Born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky, Amir Shalash brings a unique combination of local roots, entrepreneurship, and hands-on real estate experience to Keller Williams Commonwealth.
A Henry Clay High School graduate, Amir is well known in the Lexington community as the owner of Prince Cuts Barbershop, which he has built since 2014 through relationships, service, and a commitment to his community. Long before becoming a licensed real estate professional, Amir was also a real estate investor and property manager, at one point managing a portfolio of multiple rental properties himself. That experience gives him a practical perspective on real estate that extends beyond the transaction.
Today, Amir brings that same entrepreneurial mindset to his clients. Whether working with a first-time homebuyer, seller, experienced homeowner, or investor, his approach is built around clear communication, strong negotiation, smart strategy, and making sure his clients understand their options before making a decision.
